GENERAL
1) You agree to make good on all due monthly payments.
2) You agree to include the handle '@thetheatrecoach' in your young performer's Instagram biography.
3) Anything shared or posted on social media platforms by you from or relating to the ‘Monthly Mentorship’, ‘Tape Club’ or ‘Young Performer Pro’ must be tagged '@thetheatrecoach'.
4) Failure to comply with or uphold the values of 'the theatre coach' may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
5) There is a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of your first subscription payment, should you change your mind. Should you wish to cancel your subscription(s) within 14 days of your first payment, please put this in writing to info@thetheatrecoach.com.
6) Payments will be taken the month in advance – for example a payment made on 23rd March 23 will be for April’s membership.
7) The 48 hour response via Voxer feature in the Young Performer Pro membership will NOT be available on or between the following dates Friday 18th Aug 2023 – Friday 1st September 2023, Thursday 21st December 2023 – Wednesday 3rd January 2024. This feature will not be available over the Christmas and New Year period each year – dates will be provided in due course. This feature will also not be available for two weeks over every school summer holiday period – dates will be provided in due course.
CANCELLATION
‘Monthly Mentorship’ – you may choose to pay £20.00/month for the right to cancel anytime by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to info@thetheatrecoach.com.
If you choose to pay £15.00/month you are committing to paying all four monthly payments. You can then either give written notice 30 days prior to renewal date* to stop your membership or alternatively you will automatically purchase another block of four months at £15.00/month. Should you wish to move onto the £20.00/month cancel any time tariff, please put this in writing to info@thetheatrecoach.com 30 days prior to your renewal date* - please note this can only be done at the end of a four-month block.
‘Tape Club’ - you may choose to pay £20.00/month for the right to cancel anytime by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to info@thetheatrecoach.com.

‘Young Performer Pro’ – you agree to pay £49.00/month on a cancel anytime tariff. You have the right to cancel anytime by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to info@thetheatrecoach.com.

*RENEWAL DATE – your renewal date is four calendar months after your first payment. For example, if you made your first payment on 23rd March 2023, your renewal date would be 23rd July 2023.
LATE PAYMENTS
The late payment of any fees will be subject to a £10 administration fee per subscription per calendar month for each month owing.
